This unique type of round, sweet pepper is cultivated in the fertile lands of Campania, where the climate and soil contribute to its sweet and slightly aromatic flavor. After harvesting, the papaccelle are artisanally processed and preserved in extra virgin olive oil, enhancing their freshness and crunchy texture.
These peppers are perfect as appetizers, paired with cheeses and cured meats, or as a side dish for meat and fish. Their versatility in the kitchen also makes them ideal for enriching salads, preparing bruschettas, or enjoying them on their own.

Our range of products includes jams, fruit juices, vegetables in oil, mustards, and creams, all made with care and passion.
We carefully select vegetables and fruit from organic farming or rigorously chosen suppliers. Our preserves are crafted through artisanal processes that preserve the authentic flavor of the raw materials and their nutritional characteristics.
Without artificial preservatives or colorants, we exclusively use organic cane sugar and extra virgin olive oil produced from olive varieties typical of the slopes of Mount Roccamonfin. Discover the taste of nature in every jar!
