For this evaluation, we extracted this blend using a French Press, with a brew ratio of 50 grams per liter, at a temperature of 94°C. The coffee presents notes of vanilla, chocolate, and light caramel on the nose. The acidity is very soft, with a pleasant hint of bitterness emerging. The body is decidedly structured for an infusion coffee. This delicate blend is, in fact, lightly roasted, specifically for filter extractions, particularly recommended for automatic machines, but also suitable for all brewing extraction methods.
