To create this Specialty blend for Cold Brew, we selected three distinct farm-grown Arabica coffees. The combination of these three selected coffees brings to the cup all the aromas that remind us of summer, with their fresh and citrusy scents. Cold Lab is a limited edition blend.
COSTA RICA La Pastora: processed using the Honey method, certified by the Women Coffee Project.
ETHIOPIA Mundayo Gayo: processed using the washed method, Heirloom variety.
CHINA Ou Yang: processed using the natural, anaerobic method.
