CAFFÈ FAIRTRADE E BIO by Caffè Lab is an exclusive blend that combines quality and sustainability. Made from premium Mexican and Colombian arabicas and Indian robusta, this blend is Fairtrade and organic certified. The roasting was done at 93°C for 25 ml in 24 seconds, with an average degassing time of 60 hours. The result is a coffee with hazelnut-colored cream and reddish hues, an aroma of vanilla, biscuit, and hazelnut, and a sweet taste with soft acidity and almost no bitterness. The aftertaste is delicate and pleasant.

In the cup there is a hazelnut cream with reddish hues. On the nose, notes of vanilla, biscuit and hazelnut emerge, while the taste is sweet, with a soft acidity and an almost absent bitterness. The aftertaste is really soft.
