"Decisa" by Italiana Vera is a high-quality artisanal product, perfect for olive lovers. With a rich and robust flavor, it's ideal for enhancing sandwiches, seasoning pasta, or as a base for appetizers. Italiana Vera is known for using fresh and natural ingredients, ensuring authentic products with an unmistakable taste.
This cream comes from a careful selection of black and green olives, capers and anchovies. It is a typical recipe of Provence, known as tapenade and renamed by us "decided" for its flavor full of character, but at the same time delicate and tasty.
Store in a dry place, do not expose to sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within a week.
Ingredients: Black olives 44.08%; Green olives 31.48%; Sunflower oil 12.59%; Extra virgin olive oil 6.3%; Tomato concentrate 4.16%; Anchovies 0.52%; Capers 0.31%; Frozen garlic 0.28%.
You can use it as a base for your toppings or as a fresh sauce for pasta. Made with an artisanal method, it has a soft texture with a delicate flavor.
