The Blueberry Jam by Officine Contadine is made by harvested and organically blueberries grown in Carinola (CE) harvested with the right degree of ripeness and processed with an entirely artisanal method, with whole berries.
Without added preservatives or pectin and with high fruit content (63% fruit used) and added cane sugar (37% added sugar).
Prepared using traditional methods, this jam retains the full beneficial properties of the fruit, with a balanced sugar content that enhances the natural flavor without overwhelming it. Ideal for spreading on bread and toast at breakfast, it is also perfect for enriching desserts, tarts, and yogurts, or as a delicious pairing with aged or fresh cheeses.
Officine Contadine carefully selects the fruits to ensure high quality in every jar. Free from preservatives and artificial additives, it is an excellent choice for those who appreciate authentic and healthy food.

We are dedicated to valorizing the Aurunco territory by collaborating with ethically aligned entities. Our range of products includes jams, fruit juices, vegetables in oil, mustards, and creams, all made with care and passion.
We carefully select vegetables and fruit from organic farming or rigorously chosen suppliers. Our preserves are crafted through artisanal processes that preserve the authentic flavor of the raw materials and their nutritional characteristics.
Without artificial preservatives or colorants, we exclusively use organic cane sugar and extra virgin olive oil produced from olive varieties typical of the slopes of Mount Roccamonfin. Discover the taste of nature in every jar!
