Extra lemon jam from Suio Terme (Castelforte - LT), harvested with the right degree of ripeness, with a soft consistency and a marked citrus note due to the presence of the finely cut peel.
Without the addition of preservatives or pectin and with a high fruit content (fruit used 85 gr per 100 gr of product) and addition of cane sugar (50.5 gr per 100 gr of product).
Perfect for breakfast, spread on toast or biscuits, the lemon marmalade is also ideal for filling cakes, tarts, or pairing with aged cheeses, creating a unique contrast of flavors. Its smooth texture and intense citrus flavor make it a versatile and irresistible product, suitable for both sweet and savory preparations.

We are dedicated to valorizing the Aurunco territory by collaborating with ethically aligned entities. Our range of products includes jams, fruit juices, vegetables in oil, mustards, and creams, all made with care and passion.
We carefully select vegetables and fruit from organic farming or rigorously chosen suppliers. Our preserves are crafted through artisanal processes that preserve the authentic flavor of the raw materials and their nutritional characteristics.
Without artificial preservatives or colorants, we exclusively use organic cane sugar and extra virgin olive oil produced from olive varieties typical of the slopes of Mount Roccamonfin. Discover the taste of nature in every jar!
