Aging between 22 and 26 months (thus "over 22 months") gives this Parmigiano a smooth flavor, with subtle yet pronounced undertones, a deep white color, and a semi-crumbly texture. It is perfect both as a table cheese and as grated or shaved cheese, enhancing your dishes with an unmistakable aroma.

Winner of the Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards in London in 2014.

With aging of over 30 months (up to 34-36 months), this Parmigiano features a bold flavor, a pale straw-yellow color, and a semi-crumbly texture. It pairs well with meats (carpaccio, roast beef, and sliced steaks) and medium-bodied red wines, as well as aperitifs or sweet dessert wines.

Winner of the Gold Medal at Alma Caseus 2016.
