Recipe: Ingredients for 4 people
- 350g of fresh tagliolini
- 1 jar of Italiana Vera truffle sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Procedure
- Prepare water for cooking the pasta: Fill a large pot with plenty of salted water and bring it to a boil; When the water boils, add the fresh tagliolini and cook them according to the instructions on the package or until they are al dente. This usually takes only a few minutes for fresh pasta. Once ready, drain them, reserving some cooking water;
- Take the jar of truffle sauce and heat it for a few seconds in the microwave (after removing the cap);
- Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to the heated sauce;
- Add the freshly drained tagliolini to the black truffle sauce. Gently toss to ensure the pasta is perfectly coated with the sauce;
- Adjust the consistency: if the sauce is too thick, add some cooking water to make it creamier; Season the pasta with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve the tagliolini with truffle sauce hot;
