    Salella Olive Jam from the perfect combination of cane sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, the extraordinary Salella Olive Jam Presidium Slowfood of Cilento is born. The Salella olive ripens a little earlier than other varieties, which is why it stands out for its bitter, spicy and herbaceous scent, however offset by almond notes. Founded by Felice Bianchi, who began cultivating his wife's lands, Delfina Di Marco. Despite various challenges over the years, the company has remained true to its agricultural tradition.
