AULIVE AND CHIAPPARIELL - Puttanesca Sauce

AULIVE E CHIAPPARIELL is the puttanesca sauce produced by Italiana Vera.

The AULIVE E CHIAPPARIELL pasta sauce is a natural tomato sauce made with the best black olives from Gaeta and capers from Pantelleria IGP. It is a typical recipe of the Neapolitan tradition, known as Puttanesca, which we have called with its original name: aulive and chiappariell, i.e. olives and capers.

To the black pearl of Italian olives, the most prestigious in the kitchen, the one that guarantees a touch of class, processed “naturally” we have combined salted capers from Pantelleria. Their aromatic scent together with our sauce gives a unique flavor to a traditional recipe that requires simple processing, but requires good and natural ingredients.

Method of conservation

store in a cool and dry place, do not expose to the sun's rays. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within a week.

Method of preparation

you can prepare this sauce in a pan or in a pot. To enjoy it at its best, heat the container in a bain marie or in the microwave for a few seconds and use it to season the freshly drained pasta, perhaps adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, cheese and a little imagination. For 3-4 people it is recommended to use the entire jar.
