Store in a cool and dry place, do not expose to sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within a week.

Heat in a saucepan until hot, before stirring the pasta. For 3/4 people the entire jar is recommended.
It has a delicate taste, but with character. It lends itself to excellent first courses, but also as a base for seasoning meats and bruschetta.
